Custom Design
If you don't have a plan to build, we can help you find one that fits your needs. We've got plans we've designed as well as an architect that we work closely with to help modify a plan or create your own dream home plan.
Custom Bids
We will put together a free bid for your home. Our bidding process is very detailed and reflects the needs and desires you want in YOUR home. This bid will include over 20 pages of specs detailing exactly what you will get for the agreed upon contract price.
On Site Meetings
Part of our home building process involves multipe on site meetings with the homeonwer, our sub-contractors, and us. This gives you very specific input on how we build your home, helping you get an end product that will serve your needs for many years.
Building Relationships
We truly believe that we are not only building houses but realtionships with our customers. Communication between both parties is essential to having a product that everyone is happy with at the end. Many of our former customers have become great friends of ours.
