The ranch plans below are part of our growing custom designed options that we offer. We've built each of these (and many of them multiple times). We offer the option to customize these plan to your specific needs (including lower level design). We also can build your own unique plan or help you search for a plan that fits your needs.
The Jackson Creek
A 1589 square foot reverse story and a half home with the option to build with a 2 or 3 car garage. 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the option to add up to 2 more in the basement.
Features include a large drop zone off the garage, open family room, gas fireplace with full stone surround and hearth, and an optional covered porch The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and island.
The master suite has a walk-in shower (3'6" x 4'6" ) with dual heads (including rain head), a double vanity with linen corner cabinet, and the "circle through" layout between the master bath, WIC, and laundry.
The basement has 2 more bedrooms with large closets, a rec room with room and add a wet bar.

The Cedar Creek
A 1600 square foot reverse story and a half with the option to build with a 2 or 3 car garge. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with the option to add 2 more in the basement.
Features include a drop zone off the garage, a big family room (19' x 18'), gas fireplace with full stone surround and hearth, and a covered porch (12' x 19' with 8' covered). The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry and island.
The master suite has a walk-in shower (3'6" x 5') with dual heads (including rain head), whirlpool tub, a double vanity with center stack, andthe "circle through" layout between bedrooms, master bath, WIC, and laundry.

The kitchen has custom built cabinets with granite tops and a large island facing a great room with 10' ceilings and a gas fireplace with stone surround and distressed mantel. The entry, kitchen, dining, and halls have hardwood floors. The baths have ceramic tile. The master bath has a whirlpool tub, custom built tile shower and double vanity with a center stack. The outside is maintenance free with viny siding, stone, and stucco.
We also offer the option to build a slightly larger version of the Leftwich Plan at 1707 sq ft. With this version we add a small corner pantry, a covered porch, and a slightly larger master bath and laundry.
We also offer the option to finish a 4th and 5th bedroom in the basement.
